My Page Feature Overview #4: Ready to Ship Status

In this video, we explain how to view and confirm the Ready to Ship status on My Page, along with other basic functions.

Once packing is completed for a shipment you requested, the order will move to the “Ready to Ship” status.

In Ready to Ship, you can review key details such as package dimensions, weight, and the destination shipping address.

At this stage, you will be asked to pay the inspection fee and international shipping fee. Once we confirm your payment, the shipment will be dispatched.
