How to return to Amazon

Please refer below procedure for returning item you purchased from Amazon.

1. Conduct a Return Replace item with your Amazon account.

*Select [Pick Up] from See More Return Option as the return method. Please select Pick

Up method. we cannot support other return method such as Drop off)

2. Download Amazon return form as PDF

3. Upload a PDF from your account page in Importsquare using "Upload" button.

4. Proceed with "Prepare to Ship" button and Select Prepaid Label / Call tag.
